The People Partner team at Robinhood is a strategic partner to the business, helping build high-performing organizations that deliver on our ambitious goals. We partner closely with business leaders across geographies to build the frameworks, programs, and partnerships that help Robinhood operate at a global level — thoughtfully and fast. Our team works hand-in-hand with COEs, HRIS, and People Operations to deliver programs that are both locally relevant and globally consistent. We are a team that moves with urgency, thinks in systems, and never loses sight of the people at the center of everything we build! As a People Partner, you will be the first dedicated HR partner in the UK, supporting senior leaders and teams across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and North Africa. As Robinhood continues to expand internationally, you'll play a critical role helping our leaders and People team build, evolve, and scale high-performing organizations across an increasingly complex global footprint. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders — navigating decisions spanning talent, performance, org design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and change. You'll also operate as a consultant and project leader across our People COEs, bringing together the right expertise and driving toward solutions that scale with the business. This role requires strong judgment, the ability to bring frameworks to ambiguity, and the independence to make sound calls where the playbook is still being written. This role is based in our London, UK office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What you’ll do Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders across Europe, Asia, and MENA — bringing an independent point of view and constructively challenging thinking to drive stronger outcomes Help leaders build high-performing organizations by raising the bar on talent, strengthening accountability, and addressing performance challenges quickly Lead org design and transformation work, helping leaders make thoughtful decisions around structure, roles, capabilities, and operating models Guide teams through periods of growth and change, bringing structure and clarity to complex organizational challenges Identify gaps between the needs of our international business and our existing People programs — build repeatable frameworks by adapting what exists and creating what's net new Navigate complex international People matters with strong judgment, knowing when to solve independently and when to escalate to employment, legal, or regulatory experts Project manage people initiatives, partnering with ER, Legal, Total Rewards, People Ops, HRIS, and other COEs from problem identification through resolution Support M&A activity within your client group as Robinhood expands internationally Use people data to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and influence decisions What you bring 10+ years of HR experience, including significant time as an HRBP, People Partner, or equivalent supporting senior leaders Demonstrated experience supporting multinational client groups across multiple countries or regions Exposure to country-specific employment nuances across the UK, Singapore, UAE, and EU — with the judgment to engage local experts or escalate when needed Credibility and confidence as a strategic advisor to senior executives — able to challenge, influence, and coach leaders effectively Business judgment that connects talent and organizational decisions directly to business outcomes Project management experience bringing partners together from ambiguity through implementation Analytical skills to combine data, business context, and judgment to diagnose problems and develop recommendations Moves quickly from problem identification to implementation, and thrives in an environment where the playbook is still being built What we offer Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, and equity ownership Top tier benefits to fuel your work, including supplemental health insurance, ancillary insurance, and mental health support programs Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible employer-paid benefits spending account expenses beyond traditional benefits such as wellness, childcare, learning, and more.
